I Saw Your Last Breath is an artists’ book that explores the deep pain and heartbreak of mourning. I confront the grief, pain, and confusion that haunts me by using symbols from nature and memory that I manipulate, distort, and layer to process the mystery of death and the fragility of life. 

Written, illustrated, printed and bound by the artist. Letterpress printed with linoleum blocks, photopolymer plates and wood lettertype. Longstitch bound in indigo book cloth and housed in an altar style box.
