The inspiration for Adelita Cafe roots from the rustic Mexican Haciendas where there always seems to be an abuelita making hot chocolate and tortillas. The rustic wood accents keep the brand feeling warm and inviting while the industrial metal gives nods to the revolutionary roots.

“Adelita” is one of the most famous corridos of the Mexican Revolution. Soon after becoming synonymous with the soldaderas or female soldiers who became vital in the revolutionary war. Today, Adelita has become an archetype of a woman warrior in Mexico and a symbol of action and inspiration.
